The golf courses to play around Orleans

Les Bordes
Architect: R. Von Hagge.
18 holes: 7007m: par 72.
Beautiful, tranquil and dangerous. An absolute must at some stage for all golfers. An exceptional course set in nature's cradle. The hazards are plain to see yet difficult to avoid in what can only be described as a a golfing wonderland.

Limère-Orléans
Architect: C. Robinson.
18 holes. 6232m: par 72.

Limere-Orléans G.C.

A very nicely-balanced course designed by the internationally renowned American: Cabell Robinson.  In true US style, the risks and rewards offered by the well planned hazards are fair and easy to see from the Tee, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable game.
At Limere-Orléans, one normally scores what one deserves...

Chateau de Cheverny
Architect: O. Van der Vynckt.
18 holes: 6276m: par 71.
A more relaxing course on predominately flat terrain. Liquids come into play around the clubhouse, in the form of water hazards out on the course and the dangerously drinkable Vin de Cheverny to be found indoors.

Les Aisses
Architect: O. Brizon.
3 x 9 holes: 6438m: par 72.
A good course, but with limited Clubhouse and Pro-shop facilities.
Three very tough loops of nine holes give you the full spectrum of golfing problems: water, trees, or sand!
When open, the small Clubhouse is run by a very friendly close-knit team, who seem to struggle against the odds.
