GOLF HOLIDAYS LYON & BEAUJOLAIS
The best golf courses for Rhone-Alpes golfbreaks.Le Gouverneur - Breuil  Architect: D. Fruchet & G. Will.  18 holes: 6,535m: par 72. (photo courtesy of Le Gouverneur GC).
Le Gouverneur - Montaplan  Architect: D. Fruchet & G. Will.  18 holes: 5,959m: par 72.

Two courses set in a secluded nature reserve. Breuil is a very testing proposition from the back tees: Montaplan more forgiving (slightly).

La Bresse  Architect: J. Pern.  18 holes: 6,217m: par 72. (photo courtesy of La Bresse GC).

La Bresse has a great variety of holes through thick forest and can demand every shot in the book.

Clambering up and down the alpine foothills. A buggy is probably worth considering.
