In the midst of a vast bird sanctuary and handily
placed close to the ancient Roman town of Lyon, the old country
house of the Château de Breuil has now become the Gouverneur
golf resort. Most of the hotels bedrooms overlook the courses in

Around Grenoble the mountain roads that snake through craggy gorges

For a stay amongst the brightly tiled roofs of Burgundy
we would suggest the three period residences which make up the “Phillippe
le Bon”, grouped around a private garden and medieval courtyard.
Golf can be arranged at either Quétigny or the tougher Dijon-Bourgogne.
