The rolling hills of Italy, richly fertile and bathed in sunshine,
coupled with its wealth of artistic and culinary heritage have made
Italy world renowned for travel and holidays, and rightly so.
Add a few beautifully designed golf courses to the scenery and you
have yourself a wonderful golf holiday destination.
One of the beauties of an Italian golf
holiday is that as yet few think of the open pastures of Italy as
a prime golfing destination. However, courses designed in the nineties
by the likes of Arnold Palmer et al, are now blossoming
under the golden sun and so far, have only been discovered by the
more intrepid golfer. No doubt the secret will one day get
out, but in the meantime now is your chance to make the most of
the empty fairways...

Nowadays getting to Italy has never been easier with more and more
flights (both “lo-cost” and major carriers) - to all
the major cities from departure points all across Great Britain
and Ireland.

Driving in Italy is a bit of an experience!
However, as long as you steer clear of the budding Fangios and Fittapaldis
you will enjoy the scenic drives from course to course. The roads
wind through clusters of tightly knit stone houses and sun bronzed
hillsides, all bathed in a crystal light, speckled with cypresses,
olives and vines - a seamless stream of scenery.
After your game, there are plenty of
other distractions: at most Italian Golf Clubs you will find a swimming
pool, then there are the markets and all the sights to be seen.
We can also arrange more active pastimes for you such as cookery
lessons, horse-riding or wine and olive oil tastings...
