Golf holidays in Agadir - travel and tourism information.

Golf holidays in Agadir

Agadir is a lively beach resort, with long stretches of golden sand and a fabulously warm climate all year round without ever getting too hot.  This combination has attracted holidaymakers from all across Europe who arrive for their two weeks of sun on charter flights run by the major package-holiday companies from France and Germany.  This has led to the resort becoming quite un-Moroccan in many ways, more like the kind of resort you might find on the cheaper Spanish Costas, albeit on a much smaller scale.

The upside of this is that there is plenty of evening entertainment on offer, bars and nightclubs a-plenty; the downside is that Agadir can attract large groups of youths looking for a good week out.  That said, the large majority of tourists are family groups and there is a plethora of hotels designed to cater for them.  The lively parts of town are easily identified by flashing neon and can be avoided if you are looking for a quieter golf holiday in Agadir!

For golf holidays where the evening activities are as important as the daytime's, Agadir makes a great golf holiday destination.
