In the height of the Summer La Baule teems with well-to-do Parisians who descend on this long established seaside resort for the miles of golden beach, sandy coves, ocean fresh fish and seafood and rows of designer shops and pavement cafés.

In Spring and Autumn it is a much quieter place, ready to welcome you and your friends to play the 117 holes of golf spread between La Baule, La Bretesche, Pornic, Savenay and St. Jean de Monts in relative peace and quiet - millionaires golf indeed!

The Suites at the Hôtel du Golf International at La Baule are amongst the finest and best thought out golfing accommodation we have seen. An open-air style hotel with spacious fully equipped Suites encircling a central reception, restaurant, bar and swimming pool (all of which are heated!). If you have yet to discover this superb golf resort just over the Channel - you are in for a treat.

Double or Twin en-suite rooms have all the facilities you could ask for, plus a fully equipped modern kitchen area, dining table and patio or balcony. As in any other hotel, the rooms are serviced everyday and towels and bed-linen are all included.

Getting to La Baule couldn't be easier with the overnight ferry from Portsmouth to St. Malo enabling you to arrive before lunchtime, with the added comfort and convenience of travelling in your own car. There are many other ferry options too, including daytime crossings. We will be happy to discuss these with you when you call.

Three rounds are included at La Baule Bleu and Rouge; choose a fourth round from any of: La Bretesche, Pornic, Savenay, St. Jean de Monts or Nantes Vigneux.
La Baule - Rouge Nien holes of the original Peter Alliss/Dave Thomas design blend nicely with the more "US" style and feel of the extension added twelve years ago.	La Baule - Bleu Similar to le Bleu in its contrasting old and new holes. Although water comes into view (and sadly play) more often on this course than the Rouge.
St. Jean de Monts An hour's drive South of La Baule over the magnificent St. Nazaire bridge. Half links: half seaside pines: a stern test if ever there was one.	Château de La Bretesche* Avenues of fairways wend through the deep dark forest and around the fairytale Château beside its serene lake. Just beautiful.
La Baule - Vert A very testing full-length nine holes which keeps you thinking all the way round. Not to be dismissed as just a little 9-holer!	Pornic Closer to La Baule than St. Jean de Monts, Pornic is a great little course with nine holes thickly wooded and nine more open, defended by water and sand.
