Saturday 21st August AM: First competition round at Paris International. The course is about half-an-hour from the hotel but well worth the drive to play this stunning Jack Nicklaus course. Quite hilly on the back nine, however buggies are available (with GPS to boot!). Afternoon and evening: at leisure to investigate some of what Chantilly has to offer. |
Sunday 22nd August AM: Second competition round at Apremont. Just five minutes form the hotel and a wonderful mix of trees, water and the gentle touch of Mr. John Jacobs. Afternoon: free. Evening: Taittinger Champagne reception, followed by dinner in the Chateau de Chantilly itself and of course prize-giving. |
